- Jeff Roney was born and raised in Syracuse. In 1984, he graduated from SUNY Oswego with a degree in Business Administration. Jeff then entered the real estate business in Manhattan as a rental agent with a major New York City apartment leasing company. Jeff returned to Syracuse in 1992 and began working as a licensed sales associate.
- Today he is an associate broker and a top producer in the residential market with many sales honors and awards. Jeff served as president of the Greater Syracuse Association of Realtors 2006-2007. Jeff also was honored to receive the Realtor of the Year award from the Greater Association of Realtors for 2005. Jeff also recently received the CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist) which is held by less than 4% of all Realtors. Jeff and the Homeselling Team strive to help the client achieve their real estate goals through outstanding customer service and professional performance.
- Away from the office, Jeff and his wife Rachel have two children, Austin and Victoria. Jeff is also an avid musician (drummer) and golfer. He also owns and manages several investment properties.
- Pam Deckard is a longtime resident of Syracuse and Onondaga County. She earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work at Syracuse University. Pam holds the following designations : SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), ePro (Technology Guru), EcoBroker (Green Homes Specialist). Pam has been involved in the real estate industry for over 15 years.

- Eric Schuster grew up on the eastside of Syracuse and graduated from Nottingham High School. Shortly after high school Eric enlisted in the U.S. Army. During his 8 years of service he attended numerous training schools including Infantry Training, Airborne School, Long Range Surveillance Leadership School, and Satellite Communications School, to name a few.
- In 1995 Eric and his wife Janet decided to raise a family and move back to Syracuse where Eric's family still lived. Eric then began his 14 year career at the Oncenter Complex in downtown Syracuse. He advanced quickly through the ranks from Event Coordinator, into Sales & Marketing and finally the last 9 years he was the Director of Operations and eventually became Vice President of Operations. For 10 consecutive years Eric and his staff were instrumental in helping the Oncenter obtain national recognition by receiving Association Meetings Magazine's Inner Circle Award for being one of the top 10 Convention Centers in the United States for superior customer service. During his career at the Oncenter Eric was able to expand the breadth of his expertise in planning and organization, sales & marketing, business development, customer service, negotiations, business technology, etc.
- In the spring of 2010 Eric decided to begin a new career in Real Estate and became a NYS Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. Becoming a REALTOR has allowed Eric to continue to use his expertise in sales & marketing, business development, customer service, negotiations and technology. Additionally, this change has allowed Eric more job satisfaction from working more closely with clients, and witnessing the sense of accomplishment and fulfillment his clients obtain from homeownership.
